Community Guidelines

DRAFT / NOT FINAL. Enforcement, appeal, emergency contact and evidence-retention rules require approval.

Respect people and the law

Do not use ComX for threats, harassment, exploitation, stalking, fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, privacy violations, intellectual-property abuse or illegal trade.

Never share prohibited material

Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, malicious software and instructions intended to compromise ComX or another person are prohibited.

No spam or infrastructure abuse

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, automate abusive invites, evade rate limits, probe accounts, flood WebSockets or uploads, or bypass authentication and moderation controls.

Block and report

Users can block or unblock contacts. A block prevents new direct ComX communication in either direction. Reports may identify an account or a specific server message reference.

Because private content is encrypted, ComX does not silently decrypt it. A reporter may explicitly choose to disclose selected decrypted content after a clear warning. Only that user-directed disclosure is available for moderation.

Moderation

Reports move through pending, review and action or dismissal states. Final moderator roles, response SLA, appeal route and jurisdiction-specific escalation process remain [TO BE APPROVED].
