1. Eligibility

2. Account and devices
You are responsible for access to your devices, permanent username, Recovery Key and authorized devices. ComX does not store the plaintext Recovery Key.
3. Service
ComX provides contact management, encrypted text and current-format attachments, notifications and one-to-one audio calls. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed. Test releases may contain defects.
4. Content and conduct
Do not send illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, malicious, infringing or privacy-violating content, malware, spam or child sexual abuse material. Do not probe, disrupt, overload or bypass ComX security. Use the in-app block and report tools where needed.
5. Encryption limits
Content encryption does not conceal account, contact, routing, timing, size, IP or other operational metadata. Recovery does not restore message history or remotely erase a lost device.
6. Moderation
Reports may be investigated and accounts or devices may be restricted consistent with [FINAL MODERATION AND APPEAL POLICY]. Emergency and legal contact: [CONTACT].
7. Account deletion
An authenticated deletion request suspends activity immediately. It may be cancelled for exactly 24 hours using secure device reauthentication. After expiry, processing is irreversible. Recipients' local message copies cannot be remotely erased. See the Privacy Policy and deletion page.
8–12. Ownership, third parties and law
Software ownership, open-source notices, warranty limitations, liability, notice periods, governing law, courts or ADR and mandatory consumer rights remain [LEGAL APPROVAL REQUIRED]. Network, Firebase, STUN/TURN and platform services have separate terms and availability.
